Resource Development Experts
A well-rounded team with proven acumen in production engineering, geology, land acquisition, and creating value for shareholders by transforming resources.
Helium Evolution (HEVI) has amassed 5.5 million acres of helium land permits near proven discoveries of economic helium concentrations.
With this significant land base, a team of professionals with proven expertise in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, and a farmout plus strategic investment from North American Helium (NAH), HEVI is uniquely positioned with multiple near-term catalysts:
- NAH to drill 2 test wells on HEVI lands in Q4/22 and a 3rd in 1H/23, with costs funded 100% by NAH; HEVI retains 20% working interest
- NAH commits to expeditiously drill development wells on the earned farmout blocks based on success with the first 3 test wells
- New seismic option and seismic review option agreements with NAH could increase wells to be drilled by ~60% (from 5 to up to 8)
- At no cost, HEVI to receive NAH’s proprietary seismic recently used to drill 3 successful NAH wells
In addition to our NAH farmout, HEVI continues to leverage its skilled technical expertise to focus on internally generated helium resource opportunities, and future drilling prospects across our extensive, world-class land holdings.
