Resource Development Experts
A well-rounded team with proven acumen in production engineering, geology, land acquisition, and creating value for shareholders by transforming resources.
Helium Evolution (HEVI) has amassed 5.6 million acres of helium land permits near proven discoveries of economic helium concentrations.
With this significant land base, a team of professionals with proven expertise in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, and a farmout plus strategic investment from North American Helium (NAH), HEVI has made significant progress over the past year and is uniquely positioned with multiple near-term catalysts:
-
- Seven well farm-in agreement with NAH (Jun/22 and amended Oct/22), including receipt of ~200km of 2D seismic shot over HEVI lands
- Eleven target wells drilled and tested to date, with seven of those wells cased and four drilled & abandoned
- In Q4/23 HEVI announced its first helium discovery at 2-31 joint well; development of the discovery ongoing – potential stimulation and/or development drilling
- Completion and testing of 9-18 and 9-35 wells to be undertaken by NAH in Q1/24
- Farmout wells are 100% funded by NAH with HEVI retaining a 20% working interest. Joint wells are funded 80% by NAH and 20% by HEVI, with a consistent working interest
In addition to the NAH farmout, HEVI continues to leverage its skilled technical expertise to focus on internally generated helium resource opportunities, and future drilling prospects across its extensive, world-class land holdings.
